A T-shirt bra has smooth moulded cups, so nothing shows through a fine knit or a plain top. It is the bra most of us wear most days.

We buy them from Wacoal, Triumph, Anita, Rosa Faia, Royce and Fantasie, so there are underwired and non-wired versions, and shapes that go into the fuller cups.

Triumph's spacer cups are worth a look if you run warm. The fabric breathes better than ordinary foam.
