Earning Points

  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases made online at www.shirleyallum.co.uk or at our Shaftesbury boutique.
  • The current earning rate is determined by Shirley Allum Boutique and may be subject to change.
  • Points are calculated based on the final transaction value after all discounts have been applied.
  • Certain items are excluded from earning points, including Gift Cards, Sale Items, and specifically marked promotional items.
  • Points will be credited to your account once payment is cleared. For online orders, this usually occurs once the order has been dispatched.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Points can be converted into rewards or discounts to be used on future purchases.
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
