DELIVERY CHARGES

FREE UK Mainland Standard Delivery When You Spend Over £100

UK Mainland Standard - £4.95 (2-4 Working Days)
UK Mainland Express - £6.95 (1-2 Working Days)

We regret that, due to changes made by the Windsor Framework, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland until further notice.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We do not deliver outside of the UK

DISPATCH DATE
We are closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Deliveries will be made by courier and will always require a signature, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.

If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Standard Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Express orders placed after 2pm Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.
  • Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique all items are subject to availability.
  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
