Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally, though, we know you may want to return an item, so we've made it straightforward.

Most of our products can be returned. For hygiene reasons, and because some items simply cannot be resold, the following are non-returnable:

  • All briefs and underwear (for example, Sloggi)
  • Shapewear
  • Lingerie accessories
  • Made to order items
  • Jewellery
  • Gift cards

(Bras can be returned in their original, resaleable condition under the terms below.)

Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and in their original, resaleable condition. That means clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which they were sent. Garments with deodorant marks or odours cannot be accepted.

Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.

If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.

If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UK Orders

If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. If you return the complete order we will also refund the standard delivery cost. Additional costs for Express Delivery are non-refundable. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.

International Orders

If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.

We will endeavour to send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.

The above policies apply to mail order purchases only and not to styles already tried on in-store, or purchases made in person at our boutique.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
